Great food, friendly staff, amazing location, fantastic pools, excellent wellness center spa.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a beautiful mountain town. This place is located right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring all that this charming destination has to offer. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was warmly greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a terrace with stunning views. The hotel also had a wonderful dining restaurant and a poolside snack bar, where I could indulge in delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The leisure facilities here were top-notch, especially the spa & wellness center. I was able to unwind and relax in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The massage services offered were fantastic, providing the ultimate pampering experience. The hotel also had a rooftop pool and sun terrace, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. I particularly enjoyed lounging on the deck chairs and soaking up the sun. This place truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I loved the central location of the hotel in this charming town, next to everything. The indoor pool was fantastic, and the new outside pool was amazing, with its lovely warm water while the snow was falling. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help in both the restaurant and rooms. the hotel facilities such as the wellness centre spa were amazing.

Nothing not to love.

Located conveniently in the heart of the town, the hotel provides easy access to the ski lifts. the staff is always available and willing to help guests out in every possible way. the cozy rooms and restaurant offer a relaxing atmosphere and the option of free Wi-Fi both in the rooms and restaurant is a plus.

The spa area can get crowded at times.

The room is clean and looks nice, with the towels and bed linen sparkling clean. the hotel is well-located, with easy access to local restaurants and convenient stores. We also enjoyed the sauna and spa facilities, which were very relaxing.

The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and kept disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work remotely. the noise level was quite high, with loud music coming from the main street outside.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The leisure facilities were fantastic, especially the sauna and swimming pool. I also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the restaurant, including a great selection of hot drinks. The location was perfect for my business trip, providing easy access to nearby attractions and the town center.

The internet connection was not reliable, making it difficult to get work done. the room furnishings were a bit dated, but this did not detract from my overall experience.
